Community Protective Services, Inc. is a veteran-owned private security company founded on October 1, 2003. For more than two decades, we have been committed to protecting people, property, and communities through dependable, professional security services. Our leadership team brings over 100 years of combined experience in the private security industry, providing the knowledge and expertise necessary to deliver effective security solutions for clients of all sizes.
We offer a comprehensive range of security services, including armed and unarmed security officers, mobile patrol, alarm and call response, fire watch, pool monitoring, surveillance, and private investigation services. While we provide customized security programs to meet the unique needs of each client, our core specialty is proactive mobile patrol services designed to deter criminal activity through high-visibility patrols and rapid response.

Patrol Fleet & Advanced Technology
Our patrol fleet is professionally marked and equipped with advanced technology to maximize visibility, enhance officer safety, and provide a strong security presence throughout the communities and properties we serve. Each patrol vehicle is outfitted with emergency equipment, including high-intensity LED warning lights, spotlights, a public address (PA) system with air horn, two-way radios with live dispatch communication, and Mobile Data Computers (MDCs) that enable officers to efficiently perform their duties in the field.
To ensure complete accountability and operational efficiency, every patrol vehicle is equipped with GPS tracking and secure mobile hotspot connectivity, providing continuous communication between our officers and dispatch while maintaining real-time access to our reporting and management systems.
Our secure client portal gives each client direct access to their property's activity, allowing them to review patrol reports, incident reports, parking enforcement records, photographs, and other documentation as events occur. For long-term recordkeeping and transparency, all reports and supporting documentation are securely archived and remain accessible for up to ten years.
Professional Appearance & Conduct
Every Community Protective Services officer is required to maintain a clean, professional appearance while on duty. Our standard uniform consists of black uniform pants, a black uniform shirt displaying the Community Protective Services logo, and a state-compliant metal badge bearing a unique identification number assigned to each officer. This uniform standard ensures our personnel are readily identifiable and remain in compliance with applicable state regulations.
Professionalism extends beyond appearance. Every officer is expected to uphold the highest standards of integrity, accountability, courtesy, and ethical conduct in every interaction. We take great pride in the quality of our personnel and maintain a zero-tolerance policy for unprofessional behavior, ensuring our clients receive the dependable, respectful, and professional service they deserve.
