Our Services

We provide a call response services to all our clients. When Call comes in from a client, resident, business owner/ manager or employee, the information is received by our dispatch center who then places the call over a two radio system to the patrol officer that is in that area to respond to the call. With an average response time of about 15 minutes or less, the officer will respond to the call, driving a fully marked patrol vehicle that has all company information.

At a client’s request, we provide QR code tracking that can be placed in any area of the community or property that each time the officer goes by the QR code, the Cell phone will automatically scan the QR code. A signal is then sent Via satellite to our system and logged for up to 10 years. In addition, we placed Geo fencing on the property or community in one or more areas. This allows the satellite to pick up each time the officer passes certain parts of the community or property and will log the time date and location via satellite into our system for client review.

At a client’s request, we can provide amenity locks for multi housing communities, homeowner associations apartment complexes, residential and any other contract that requires locking of gates or doors. We also provide unlocking services, when needed.  As our officers complete the lock ups and the unlocks, photos are taken and uploaded via satellite to the portal that will be timestamped illustrating the date and time the activity was completed.

At a client’s request, we provide a parking control system which includes filing violations, handicap violations,  permit parking and double parking parking outside of a marked parking space to meet the requirements and criteria set by the client. We have over 15 Tow companies on our roster that are assigned to the properties we service; all laws, pursuant to vehicle code 22658, are “STRICTLY” enforced and in compliance of the law.

We employ a safe listing program that allows your homeowner association, apartment community or Property to go online and enter the information that is needed, based off the rules and criteria set by your property. The safe-list program allows the resident to place all the information into the system and submit it to our dispatch, ensuring there is no miscommunication. However, if the person that needs to safe-list a vehicle, access a computer system or phone system and us unable to do so, they can always call our dispatch during the hours of 6 PM to 12 AM to enter the information through our dispatch center before enforcement is imposed.
