Upon request, QR code checkpoints can be strategically installed throughout a property or community. As officers conduct their patrols, each checkpoint is scanned using a company-issued mobile device, automatically recording the date, time, and location within our secure reporting system. These records are securely archived and remain accessible for up to five years.

To further enhance accountability, we employ GPS geo-fencing technology that verifies officer activity throughout designated areas of a property. As officers patrol within established GPS zones, our system automatically logs their location, movement, and patrol times, providing an additional level of transparency and confirming that required patrol routes are being completed.

Our security philosophy is proactive rather than reactive. Officers continuously monitor properties for suspicious activity, safety hazards, maintenance concerns, and security vulnerabilities while documenting their observations in real time. This approach helps deter criminal activity, identify potential issues before they escalate, and provide clients with detailed, accurate reporting after every patrol.

Clients have secure, 24-hour access to their property's activity through our online reporting portal, where they can review patrol reports, incident reports, photographs, parking enforcement records, and patrol verification data as events occur.
